What are the typical duties for a personal athletic trainer …Demonstrating exercises and routines to clients. Assisting clients in exercises to minimize injury and promote fitness. Modify exercises according to clients’ fitness. Personal trainers possess the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to design safe and effective fitness programs. They instruct and assist people in reaching personal health and fitness goals.

But the clients have to work hand and hand with the trainer…you can not visit a trainer or gym once a week and expect results, you can not visit a trainer or gym 3-4 times a week and than eat bad 95 % of the time and expect results.

A trainer will provide you with the skills and knowledge you will need to get the results you want but you have to know the effort has to come from you 100%

The first four weeks will be awful…the first week being the most difficult as you will want to quit..but you must lay a solid foundation in order to see all the benefits of your hard work.

The next week will be tough but will be alittle bit easier as your body and mindset will begin to adjust…the exercise count will increase as you body adapts

By week three you start to wonder why you never started sooner and think this isn’t so bad and your good food choices are starting to show as well than by week four you are so in the groove you can’t wait to get to the gym and are see all the benefits of your hard work…

But commitment is key! Wake up do the work and than follow through!!! Have a day!
