Outside of a rooster risers like myself most of us don’t consider it our favorite part of the day–especially if you stayed up late the night before working, worrying, hanging out… drinking or eating bad….or maybe wondering.
But if you learn how to start your morning right, you can reduce your stress and anxiety and significantly increase your chances of having a satisfying, productive day.
Starting the day off reminding yourself this, yesterday may have a sucked alittle but but today great things are gonna happen! And starting off working out getting them feel good endorphins moving is vital, cause at the. End of the night when it’s cold and you’re exhausted the last thing you wanna do is go to the gym, or for a run or head over to a yoga class! So meet me on the mat today at 645am and let’s start this day off right! And if you are a night person meet me tonight at 7pm @susanteefitness for my last cause of the day!
