You may think toning your arms requires a gym full of equipment. But a pair of dumbbells is actually all you need to sculpt some seriously strong limbs. You can try at Least 10 different dumbbell exercises for arms and doing each for three to four sets of 12 reps for a complete arm workout. Crank out this routine two to three times a week for some amazing arm results. Here are three of my favorites,

You can also add bicep curls,tricep kick backs, to complete this upper body blast, I do tend to stick to these three increasing and decreasing weight as I see fit for my body. Remember take your time go your own pace and have fun!
