That’s the question, I generally workout everyday, when I go away I try to remind my self I’m on vacation and I should take it easier, but it’s difficult. As I’ve aged, I’m closed to 50 now and the struggle is real🤦🏻♀️ things don’t but off as quickly and Ive tried changing my food intake but let’s be honest no one is 100% on all the time if they say they are they are full of shit! Every one cheats..period and that’s real talk!
We are all human and while we all wanna look cute in or bathing suits, as I age I just wanna look good in my clothes and feel good in my skin! Period
So while I’m on vacation I try to continue to do my mini workouts so I still feel good and I can indulge in the little extras!!!

I gotta be out of my mine doing more leg work after walking over 22000 steps a day and climbing all the hills in Toledo yesterday…but my legs are my nemesis And I know it…everything I eat hangs out on my Latin loving child baring thighs🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ so no matter how great that ass looks or how toned I think they may be..I know there’s always room for improvement..especially when I’m downing tapas for days and sangria like it’s koolaid!!!!
