Boxing/Kickboxing is rated one of the best workouts ever..know why 🤔it works on strength, endurance, agility, core, it relieves stress and feel good endorphins…it works on eye hand coordination, helps with balance…did I say relieves stress, ha! It’s fun plus you look Bad Ass doing it! If you haven’t tried it give it ago and see for yourself, in 45-60 mins you will be thanking me I promise, but make sure your form is on point! Hands up chin tucked left leg forward and on the balls of your feet…step into your jab and pivot on the cross…step that for out when you round house kick and strick with the other foot anywhere between the laces of your shoes and your shin…don’t jam your knees up!!!
