We stagger but we don’t fall…

When the transition on the mat and off both get alittle wobbly at the same time…remember it’s ok to wobble, and you remember them Webbles…ya I sure do……they Wobbled but NEVER FELL Down!! Hit the pause BREATHE…than keep it moving!!!!

Life throws us all kinds of curve balls and my life for sure is far from perfect…shit half the time I’m trying to remind my self my yogi eyes see so much more than the average eye….

I too tend to lose my way and than my balance is knocked off both on the mat and it transpires off the mat…

I simply remind my self that today is just alittle harder than yesterday and tomorrow will be better than today…the key is to allow yourself the room to stagger around and not beat yourself up about it…continue to move along at the pace you are uncomfortably comfortable at…
