Kettle Bells offer multiple benefits in a short strenuous workout.  Perhaps you’ve seen the lying on the floor of your gym, they’re small and intimidating, cause you have no idea how to use them, well these lil iron welders are your fitness friend.

Kettles bells work your flexibility, strength, mobility and cardio all within a 20 min workout. These cast iron cannon ball like tools work various muscles with its quick movement. You will work more then one muscle at a time which will burn more calories, lose more weight and body fat and help you get stronger. 1 hour of a kettle bell session can burn anywhere from 500- 900 calories easy.

Kettles range in weight anywhere from 5-50 lbs.The key to kettles if your new to them is to start off light and slow learning proper use and form first. I recommend before you try using them on your own you workout with a professional first, just to learn basic movements and once you master that the exercises and benefits are endless. The some basic exercise with a kettle is the swing, squat with a press, basic squat, turkish get ups and oblique twist tapping the bells on the ground with each twist.

AS ALWAYS BEFORE YOU PREFORM ANY NEW EXERCISE CHECK WITH YOUR HEALTH CARE PROVIDER AND CHECK IN WITH A CERTIFIED TRAINER IF YOU AND ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS ABOUT EQUIPMENT OR EXERCISE MOVEMENTS
