So today I am feeling like a lower body workout is in order, so lets mix lots of lower body and with one round of push ups to get the best apple bottom ever…
1 min of squats
1 min jump squats
1 min jumping jacks
1 min front kicks
1 min squats into alternating front kicks
side shuffle 30 secs (3 steps to the left 3 steps to the right)
30 seconds pushups
1 min high knees
1 min walking lunge( in the space you have of course)
1 min squat into knee strikes
1 min butt kickers
1 min BURPEES BURPEES BURPEES!!
30 sec push up..
repeat 3-4 times with 1 min rest in between..
