1 min shadow box (left leg forward right leg back)
1min skaters(extend 1leg behind the other dropping shoulders as close to the ground as u can..opposite hand opposite foot)
1min squat into a sprawl stand tall ( start in squat position do a squat stand tall then squat drop hands to the ground (not chest) kick feet out, bring em in repeat)
1 min reverse lunges
1min side lunges
1min foward lunges
1 min pushup tap (regular push up tap opposite hand opposite shoulder…
1min dips…
1min bicycle crunches
1min plank hold
1 min BURPEES BURPEES BURPEES
30 SEC REST THEN REPEAT 4-5 TIMES
