MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND TIP..

Its friday and a holiday weekend so this is a rough one I won’t preach of the goods n bads but I will say follow a 80-20 plan and u will make it to Tuesday still feeling good about all the progress uve made so far..80 good 20 bad…that simple and make wise choices in the 20 % column. ..drink light beers if u drink n keep ur alcohol white nothing dark….picks foods that are high n fiber and foods that contain lots of protein fiber keeps u full protein builds muscle.. and drink lots of water high salts n alcohol dehyrate u…. and please push extra during ur workouts as well…a good work out will fuel the body for 24 hrs!
