MAKING WATER MORE INVITING..

I just finished an hour n a half of hot yoga burned 750 calories n sweated out a small river of toxins soooo I need to rehydrate big time. ..sometimes drinkin water alone is boring n just plain untastey…so if this has happened to you just add some fruit..I prefer strawberries n orange slices…Not only does it give your water great flavor but the vitamins from the fruit fill the water soooo your getting both tastey water n vitamins ….that’s a double score!
