CRUSHING AB WORKOUT WITHOUT ONE SINGLE CRUNCH!

If ur having a hard time kicking ur sugar habit here’s another reason to rethink ur intake..
Sugar contributes to abdominal fat, heart disease and type 2diabetes…now lets work out..and speaking of abdominal fats lets CRUSH THOSE ABS TODAY!!!! Remember you don’t have to be on the ground to work ur abs..
10 standing tall elbow to knee twists (opposite elbow opposite knee don’t switch 10 1side then switch)
10 sumo side bends (hands behind head in a sumo squat position and bend to the right 10 1 side then switch)
10 reverse lunges knee all the way to the ground stand tall and jab cross (10 1 side and switch)
10 reverse crunches (sitting on the ground palms down heels up drive knees to your stomach and kick em out
20 BURPEES BURPEES BURPEES!
REPEAT 3-4XS!
