  • 20 PUSHUPS
  • 40 MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
  • 10 PUSHUPS
  • 50 MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
  • PLANK AND HOLD 1 MIN
  • 20 FULL RANGE CRUNCHES
  • 40 BICYCLE CRUNCHES
  • 10 FULL RANGE CRUNCHES
  • 50 BICYCLE CRUNCHES
  • 1 MIN PLANK
  • 20 BODY SQUATS
  • 40 POP SQUATS ( MAKE SURE BUTT IS LOW BACK IS STRAIGHT AND TAP THE GROUND SO U KNOW UR LOW ENOUGH)
  • 10 BODY SQUATS
  • 50 POP SQUATS
  • 1 MIN PLANK
  • 5 MIN JOG OR WALK IN PLACE

THEN REPEAT 3-4 TIMES…
